A stalwart of sustainability
This Lambeth gastropub ensures that sustainability is at the forefront of its values and actions. Enjoy fresh free range meat and organic produce alongside some refreshing local beers and spirits, while nestled in this warm and welcoming independent pub, perfect for individuals who wish to be environmentally conscious.
Sustainability is the backbone of the Three Stags thanks to the owner Richard. He has a true passion for sustainability, so it’s no wonder he created the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA)! Richard takes great care in ensuring the quality of products, and fair treatment of his vendors, as is obvious by his 20 year friendship with his lamb farmer! He also is always looking to the future for ways to become even more sustainable, one example being him looking into using more wild venison, which is the leanest and most sustainable meat in the UK!
